Page Publisher installation problem with cookies in IE

Hi All,
I was trying to install Page Publisher 1.25 in my local machine. When ever I enter the useranme and password, I was getting a warning as follows.
Warning: Cookies not enabled!
This web application requires cookies. Please check to make sure cookies are enabled in your browser and try again.
I tried to enable the cookies for my IE 6 as per the details given in trouble shooting page, but there is corresponding feature to enable cookies using "Tools - Internet Options - Security - Custom Level". There is no information about cookies at all in that window of my browser.
I am running PagePublisher in IIS with IE 6 and perl. Please help me.

Hi Upendra.
Thanks for posting!
The first thing I would check here is that the system time and date for your computer is set correctly as the cookie is based off this time as well. Also, double check that any antivirus or firewall software is set to accept cookies from your site.
Now, if those two things check out, would you be able to try accessing Page Publisher using a different browser like FireFox.
Let me know how you make out  .

I'm having the same problem, which is a BIG problem. I've checked the server and client dates and times, everything matches up, I've used every browser known to man, on multiple computers, in multiple locations, on multiple networks, with multiple platforms. And I can't get in to Page Publisher.
!!!!!!!!!!!
Any suggestions from ANYONE would be greatly appreciated.

Are you behind a firewall or anything like some anti-virus software that would block cookies?

Thanks for posting!
Cliff’s suggestion is exactly what I would check first as well, so have a look at the anti-virus and firewall settings then let me know if you are still having trouble.
