I got this set up on my site and I can upload images to the image_Page.htm page but when I try to add to other pages the pop up comes up and next to Add picture to drop down it says: Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, jb@webwhizards.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Apache/1.3.31 Server at www.kcgraphics.org Port 80 What have I done wrong? Thanks so much for your assistance!

Hi, Thanks for the post! This problem could be a series of things one of which could be your file permissions, what I wold suggest is filling out a support request with yoru ftp information. Once I am able to login to your server I will be happy to take a look at this issue for you. :) You can fill out a support request here: https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi Does this help? I look forward to hearing back from you! Cheers, Chet Woodside - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

Hi JJ, The WYSIWYG editor will only work with a few browsers on Macs - you can see which browsers are supported for Mac users on this page of the documentation: http://www.interactivetools.com/docs/pagepublisher/wysiwyg_editor.html If they access Page Publisher with one of those supported browsers, they should be able to use the WYSIWYG editor. Let us know if you need anything else. ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Jake Swanson - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
