Moving entire website + page publisher

I have a new website I just made for a client which I installed Page Publisher on. The client is moving web hosts - if I FTP all the files off the current server and just reupload them to the new server will that work or will I need to set up all the pages in the program again? Is there anyway around this (so I don't have to add all the pages again?)

Hi there. Thanks for posting! That's actually going to be a tricky one. Reason being is that you need to tell Page Publisher where on the server each of your files is. When you move to a new server, the location of all your pages will most likely change. That basically means, you'll most likely need to make a few adjustments to each of your pages. How many pages do you have? There is an advanced option I can think of that might make it easier. It would involved opening your data file into excel and doing a batch find and replace for the path. It could work, but like I say, it's definitely and advanced option. Let me know what you think . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
