Error : INI_Load_Vendor
|
Can't Post

Files uploaded and permissions set.
I am using an IP address to test PP prior to changing the DNS.
When I run PP setup, I get this error:
Error : INI_Load_Vendor : Could open data file! No such file or directory
(I assume it should be "Could NOT open data file!")
Please help.
