Hi there.
Thanks for posting!
The default setup is done in English, however, the entire interface for Page Publisher is done using a set of HTML templates so it would be quite easy to get things going in a different language.
We don't typically support interface changes but something like changing the language isn't really that complicated. I can show you how once you get going with the software so keep me up to date with how you are making out  .
