where do i locate SSI tags

i'm wanting to post my headlines in 2 columns, i realize i'll need to use SSI, but once i create my headlines, where do i get the SSI tags from??? I hope that makes sense?

Hi,
Luke wrote a post about how to create headlines in columns but this only applies to Article Manager. Here is the link:

Because his method pulls in the second headlines column using search results, this method won't work with News Manager since the search engine and search results templates aren't available.
I'm not aware of any other methods but if anyone else has any ideas, please post.
