Hi Katerone Thanks for posting and welcome to the board! I am having a little trouble seeing where the problem is occurring on your site. When I try clicking on what I think is the job posting it seems to pop up into a little window and display all the information. Is this the way you wanted to be happening? If not, could you give me a few directions to where I can see the problem happening? I look forward to hearing from you . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

hey there, thanks for your reply, it currently opens a pop up window, but what i would like it to do is load into the content page. content.php loads job manager index page (this is what you saw and it works fine) when you click on the posting it opens a pop up window , but i'd like it to load into content.php.

Hi katerone Thanks for the update! I think I understand what you are trying to setup there unfortunatly setting something like this up goes beyond my capabilities with php. Does anyone else in the community know how to set something like this up? Katerone and I would both be very appreciative of your help . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

hey there ross, thanks for the reply, i think i would love to know how to do this, but pop up window will work for now. still if anyone know how to get this going info would greatly be appreciated. Ross, i did have a question. our organization has several departments. is there a way to make the departments appear at the top in different columns rather than a long list on one columgn: i.e. department1 department5 department9 departmen13 department2 department6 department10 departmen14 department3 department7 department11 departmen15 department4 department8 department12 departmen16 vs department1 department2 department3 department4 department5 department6 department7

Hi katerone. Thanks for the update . Just to double check, are your departments the same as categories? If so, there is a neat little piece of JavaScript that would let you display them like: Department 1 Department 2 Department 3 Department 4 Department 5 Department 6 Will that work? Take a look at Cliff’s post here: http://www.interactivetools.com/forum/gforum.cgi?post=41018;search_string=column;t=search_engine#41018 You’ll notice that he uses the search results template for Listings Manager, but the same thing would work for Job Manager. In step two, you’ll want to be working with: <!-- template insert : $jump_list$ --> instead of <!-- template insert : $list$ --> Other than that, everything should apply the same. Could you give that a shot and let me know if how you make out? I look forward to hearing from you . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

Hi katerone. Thanks for posting! I am not quite sure I see where the problem is. Have you already had the chance to correct the problem yourself? Could I get a few more details on what the problem is so I can track down a solution? I look forward to hearing from you . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
