JM filtering by close date

It seems this tool displays jobs whether the current date is past the close date or not. Is that right? How can I correct this? I do not want to show jobs that are past the close date. I think of close date as expired date. What can I do? Thanks!

Hi ty_hill, Thanks for posting and welcome to the forum! While there isn't an automated way of telling a job to not display after a certain date, you can always log in to the program and set a jobs category to "(not displayed)" so that it doesn't appear on the list anymore. If you need to enable that job again, it's just a matter of modifying it again and choosing the category that you want to display it in. I hope that helps, but if you need any more details just let me know Regards, Cliff Stefanuk - Customer Service Manager support@interactivetools.com

Thanks for the information Cliff. I see how you "hide" a job now.
