Hi, novice needs help! Having just purchased jm and se products i'm trying to install jm without having to request free installation - i would like to know what i'm doing rather than go for the easy option!
I have followed instructions and put files in specified directories on remote site (using ftp in dreamweaver) then when i click on cgi/jm/exec/admin.cgi i'm told i can't view the file. Also nowhere has asked me for my serial number! As i said, i'm a novice, so any help will be greatly appreciated.
