I purchased a WYSIWYG editor from other company which is similar to the editor in article manager. The Only problem is when you add special characters in to the editor you always get a load other characters that you didn’t want as well. The company that I purchased the editor won’t help me.
So my question is, is there anyway I can purchase the WYSIWYG editor that is used in article manager as this don’t cause any problems?

We didn’t actually develop the editor that Article Manager uses. It was created by the guys over at Innova Studio. You can check them out here:
