Help! AM Amnesia?
|
Can't Post

After staying late last night to update and add many new articles to Article Manager for my site, I come in the next day, and they're all GONE! In fact, the articles that ARE up include many I deleted recently. What happened? Is this something I can easily restore somehow? Please help! Thanks.

Hi, Thanks for the post hankadoodledoo! Do you know what version of Article Manager you are using? You can find out what version of the software you are using by logging into the admin section of your website. - From the admin select the 'Setup Options'. - At the very bottom of the "Setup Options" page you will find the software version number. If you are using v1.28 or below there is a known issue with articles disappearing I have provided a link to the forum thread about this below: http://www.interactivetools.com/iforum/gforum.cgi?post=25183;search_string=articles%20are%20gone;t=search_engine#25183 What you may want to do is read through this thread, and look at upgrading to a more recent version of Article Manager. If you are on a newer version of Article Manager (above v1.28) then I will need to get a little more information from you. In this case what you will want to do is fill out a support request with some ftp details. I have left a link to the support request forum below: https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi Does this help? Just let me know if you have any more questions. :) Cheers, Chet Woodside - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
