Hi there. Thanks for posting and welcome to the board! I am going to go over your questions one point at a time . First off, integration with Vbulletin. Article Manager is built to run by itself, however, it won’t mind if you have other scripts or forums running on the same server. * We want a 3 column based theme with maximum importance given to ArticleManager NX content. All the pages Article Manager creates you are based off of HTML templates and basically, anything you can do with a regular HTML page, you can do with the Article Manager templates. * Display RSS feeds from other sites/software scripts on articles columns. While this isn’t specifically a function of Article Manager, it ties back into the first point. You can have anything happening on your Article Manager templates that you could on a regular HTML page. If you had a script that reads RSS feeds from other sites, then you would just need to stick that script onto your template. * Display related articles. There are actually several ways to handle related articles so this should be easy to setup * Meta Data (ability to display dynamic keywords and descriptions from post articles/topics in page source) There is a great tutorial I can send you once you’ve got started so this is definitely something that can be setup. * A seperate page to display tag cloud or heat map globally and per sub-category wise. This isn’t actually a feature of Article Manager at this time. If you had these pages already setup though you could actually just link different articles to them. * Seperate technorati and local domain tags ? I am not quite sure what this is asking but from the sample links, it looks like you wanted to have different URLs for your categories. This is a built in feature of Article Manager so you’ll be able to specify the URL for each of your categories. You can even rename the index page that gets created. * I do not want topic title to have more then 20 charachters Using some JavaScript you can limit the number of characters that get output but any field. Were you wanting to limit the number of characters in actual file name though? That would be quite tricky. Perhaps I could get some more details on this . * RSS for main site: http://www.mydomain.com/rss Article Manager can publish RSS feeds for any of your categories, however, we usually find that working with one main one a couple more is usually what you would want to aim for. Having an RSS for each category and sub category would end up slowing things down a bit. With comparison to the other scripts you have found on hotscripts.com, I find that we usually all have some similar features and them some areas that we do better and where they do better. The one thing though that we are going to surpass anyone else on is support. Each license comes with free lifetime support and our offices are open 7 days a week. We’ll be here to help every step of the way. You’ll also get free installation and a 90 day money back guarantee. So basically, with our Article Manager, you are getting a lot more than just software. It would be great to hear from you again so feel free to send me anymore questions you have . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
