HI, I'm seriously looking at DocBuilder and would like some advice. Currently we're hosting with a local company that gives us only 20MB of space. How much space does DocBuilder take?? Margaret

Hi Margaret, The DocBuilder program is approximately 400k, and specific documents do not take up very much disk space at all. For example, the DocBuilder installation on our website contains the documentation for all of the software that we sell, and it is using 1.17 MB of space. So to answer your question, with 20 MB of server space, you should be perfectly fine. :) Mike Roulston interactivetools.com

WOW!!That's good. Next question, we haven't yet registered a name. If you install DocBuilder on our generic space, is there a bunch of changes to use the www.ourname.com when we register it?? Thanks Margaret

Hi Margaret, When you get your domain name setup, there might be one setting in the DocBuilder setup options that needs to be changed (that would depend on how the software was setup in the first place)... But otherwise, you wouldn't be required to make any major changes to get the software working with the new domain. If you have any further questions, please let me know. :) Mike Roulston interactivetools.com
