Hi Hugh, No, DocBuilder currently doesn't have image uploading capabilities. I believe this may already be on our features request, but I'll pass it along just in case. :-) Ben interactivetools.com

Absolutely. You can input pages as either text or HTML - just specify HTML and you're all set. Ben interactivetools.com
