New document error

Hi,
I have just installed Doc Builder and am trying to load my first document. When I go to the publish page I get an error message:
http://www.themasteryoftrading.com/FuturesManual/
Any suggestions welcome.

Hi Malcolm,
Without looking directly at your files, it's hard to say exactly what would be causing this. It looks like there's something in your published file that your web server doesn't like -- but without seeing it, I can't say exactly what this might be.
