DocBuilder - two questions

Can't Post

Hey folks -- your software is like crack. Once you get one, you just want more. Er, not that I'd know about crack. ;-) I'm thinking about buying DocBuilder and using it to help build a small, dynamic e-book of sorts. Two questions for you: - How customizable is the menu in the left frame? i.e. Typeface? Size? Width of frame? Frame border? etc.
- Can DocBuilder automatically generate an updated PDF and/or Word document out of the content in the HTML files? About half of my users would read online, the other half would want something they could download and print in full.
Thanks! Tod

Hi Tod! Thanks for your post. :) DocBuilder is, like our other products, completely customizable. As usual, you get the full templates and can edit the sizes, typeface, width of frames, etc as much as you'd like. You don't even have to use frames if you don't want -- Luke came up with a version of DocBuilder that uses SSI's. DocBuilder unfortunately doesn't automatically generate PDF's or Word doc's, though. (I suspect Adobe & Microsoft might not be too happy about that if we were to try, either!) Let me know if that helps. :) Donna
