An install problem Can't Post

hello,
After install and running the admin.cgi i logged in with the user/pass i set up.
While inside any link i touch in the admin panel takes me right back to the login screen.
Any input into this problem would be of great help.

Re: [slow] An install problem [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi,

Thanks for posting.

This problem is usually caused by the time on your PC being ahead of the time of your server or vice versa. (what's probably happening is some of the computers you're logging in with have a time that's ahead of the servers) To fix this problem set the time on your PC back a few hours, or even months. Once you have set your time back try logging back into DocBuilder. Once logged in go to your "setup options" and scroll down to the field titled "login inactivity timeout". Try setting this to 999999 minutes. This should fix the problem.

Also, make sure the time on the PC's you're logging in with all have the same (correct) time.

Let me know if that helps Smile
