Hello, My provider let me now that he is set the register_globals off on the php server Can Article manager work with the register_globals = off ?? Greetings Roberto

Hi Roberto. Thanks for posting! Article Manager is Perl script so the PHP settings on your sever shouldn’t effect it. Now, I am not really a server admin, though, so I am not sure if this is only a setting for PHP or not. What you'll want to do is double check with your host if the change they made will have any effect on Perl/CGI scripts running on your server. On October the 23 the register_globals are setting off. The hosting company telling me that it is only PHP scripting So there is no Perl or CGI. trouble. Thanks for the info We wait

Hi Robeto, Thanks for the follow-up! I myself am not a server admin however if register_globals are only a PHP related thing then Article Manager should not be affected if this is on or off. :) Does this help Roberto? Hi Chat, Yes, thanks for your information. It is only PHP related and should not be affected to Article manager On october 23 it is setting off. Then we can see if it is indeed a good program Thanks again Greetings Roberto
