Text changes colors

We are using 1.2 and WSIWYG. The text frequently changes on its own from black to red. Does anyone know why? The only thing we have been told we can do is copy the text into notepad and back, but because we often post the same article to multiple categories, this is extra work. It is a pain.

HI there.
Thanks for posting and welcome to the board!
That definitely seems odd. The text shouldn't be changing like that. I am wondering your writers are doing their articles in word before moving over to Article Manager. If that's the case, I would imagine the problem will be that word actually adds a whole bunch of weird formatting to your content that you can't actually see.
What I am thinking could be a solution here would be upgrading to at least version 1.41 of Article Manager which uses a brand new WYSIWYG editor that should be able to hand the word content more consistently. There is even a special button you can add to the new editor that will works specifically with word.
