Refresh Issue in Admin

After editing an article, let's say we change the category, after saving and then going back to that article, it would be back to the previous category like I never made the change. Refreshing the browser fixes this issue but it shouldn't be this way.
Is there a bug or issue I'm not aware of or could this be something on our end?

Hi jorel,
Thanks for posting. 
This sounds like a browser issue to me. You might want to clear your browser's cache to see if it changes this behavior. If you have any form auto-completion features enabled for your browser, you might want to disable these to see if they're interfering with anything.
