Not getting the help I need....

My RSS feed suddenly stopped updating on July 18th. I submitted an email request for help. I got one response asking for more information - but now it's been two days and I haven't heard anything back (even with the prompting emails I've sent). I've been calling the 1-800 number and only get the voice mail - even though it is business hours. What's up folks???? The lack of RSS feed is begining to hurt my business.... -Zoey

Hi Zoey, Thanks for getting in touch with us. Our support queue had been backed up a bit, but I believe I resolved this issue with you through email yesterday.
