Hi, I just started archiving one of the sites I am working on. I created a new archive ID and moved one category that is no longet in use to it. when I try to view the article, using this link: mysite.org/artman/exec/view.cgi/1/49 I get this message: Program Message Please install the program first by running admin.cgi what did I do wrong? thanks, Roni

Hi Roni. Thanks for posting! I am not actually sure why the view.cgi script would be asking you to re-install if everything else was working ok. Would you mind sending a support request with some FTP details so I can take a closer look? Here's a link to the request form: https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi I look forward to hearing from you . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
