User accounts	Can't Post

I noticed that under the User Accounts section, it is not possible to make a user an editor of a category, yet make them a writer or trusted writer for another topic.

I wanted the ability to make someone an editor of a topic, but still be able to post stories in a different topic, without having control of articles in that one.

Does anyone understand what I mean?

I'd be grateful if I could have someone's insight into this - and if it is not possible, if it could be added to the "wish list".
