Question about Autopublish

Hello,
Silly question, but when I enable the art_field19 as 'Auto Publish at a later date?' field qith pulldown, I don't see how to add the options 'No' and 'Yes'. How do I add these options?

Thanks!! I didn't realize that the "No" and "Yes" should be added in the same field.
