 Can you help, I would like to add a Save As button so that one can save as a word doc what you typ is this posible and if so how, please help. serenastrelnikov@yahoo.com

Thanks for your email. :)
The only way to have Article Manager allow you to save your file as a word document is to have the file originally be in Word format. Article Manager cannot convert a file into any other formats -- you would have had to upload it as a Word file to begin with. :)
You can use the "Uploaded File" Article Type to do this -- simply upload your article, and when users go to download it, it will be in the same format that you uploaded it in. :)
