Hi rlevant, Since Goforum works in cooperation with many 3rd party applications, we almost always need the customer's FTP info in order to troubleshoot it and get it working properly (and it usually ends up taking a lot of time). For this reason, we will no longer be providing support for the Goforum add-on in our forum... And in order to have our programmer install the add-on for you, you will need to purchase a software installation, which costs $49 USD. If you are insterested in purchasing a software installation, that can be done at the following URL: https://www.interactivetools.com/order/ Sorry that I couldn't be more help with this issue, but if you have any additional questions or comments, feel free to let me know.
