Affiliate links in newsfeed?

This whole program is over my head, but I'm a marketing geek, not a techie. Anyway, I'm hoping to find a way to incorporate affiliate links into the article web feed so my clients can pay for leads, thus getting more sites to carry my feed. Any thoughts on how they can do this? I'm hoping someone might know of a way so when an affiliate signs up for the web feed they enter their code on the set up page and it gets incorporated into each link. THANKS!

Hi, Thanks for the post! While this does sound like a great idea I've been taking a look into this for you and I can't seem to find a way to set up an affiliate link. The output that people will see on their website is controlled by a template file that Article Manager uses when you add/modify an article or click the "Publish All" button. Because of this there isn't really a way that you can pass a specific value to this template as the .js files that Article Manager uses will have already been created. If anyone has setup a way to do something like this that might work hopefully they'll be able to post that here with a bit of detail about what they've been able to set up on their site. If you have any other questions or comments, just let me know! Cheers, Mike Briggs - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

I think what I'll be doing is placing an ad or link on the affiliates site in order to get them to the newsfeed page. They choose an article and select a link in the article to take them to the desired action. One extra step, but I believe with good content, we can keep their attention long enough to make it work. THANKS.
