Hi kmiller,
This forum is produced by Gossamer Threads, but there are lots of free ones out there. Try doing a Google search - when I was scoping out free forums a month back, I came across a couple that looked alright.

Thanks, but I found one and this one is awesome, it doesn't have a wysiwyg editor for the reply but I didn't want one, more crap to load, its a forum not a webpage and its looks awesome and is fully customizable in every aspect.
