I want to know more about mailer programm. I have for example Fast Email Delivery Engine on http://www.lencom.com/SMTP-sender.html and I want to know how does it work without ISP?
If you have link on such theme, please send them to me. Thanks a lot.

Hi,
Thanks for posting 
It looks like the link that you have there is for a software application, so I'm assuming that all you would need is an Internet connection, not an ISP, and the program would send out the emails to your list.
I don't have a link to specific resources, but I have worked with similar programs in the past, and they have always run as a piece of standalone software or through an account with the application provider.
