Can you tell me what your opening hours are?
I am sure that this information was on your website but am unable to find it.
I placed an order on Friday and have not received it as yet. Sent two email messages - no answer.
Telephoned but got voice mail.

Sorry for the delay. We're open M-F 9-5 but were closed Friday due to a rare coincidence of everyone being sick or on vacation. I think that's the first time that's ever happened.
