Hi Croydon, Thanks for posting. A few that I've heard of are: Live Stats 5.0 Funnel Web Analyzer Webtrends AWstats 123 LogAnalyzer I've not actually used any of these, so I couldn't compare one over the other, but I know that there is a whole variety out there. On our site we use Webalizer Version 2.01 I hope that helps, and if you find a good one be sure to let us know! Regards, Cliff Stefanuk - Customer Service Manager support@interactivetools.com

AWStats is good, but takes up a lot of resources. Webalizer is good, but hasn't seen updates in nearly two years. Analog is a nice, simple piece of stat software and is updated regularly. But, Analog is not very accurate. They all have their pluses and minuses. Bryan Gilchrist

AWStats is good, but takes up a lot of resources. Webalizer is good, but hasn't seen updates in nearly two years. I agree with both these sentiments. AWStats is good, but if you get even a modest amount of traffic you will VERY quickly fill your server with logs, then find your site all but out of commission. Webalizer is okay, but the parameters are often impossible to configure (depending on your host, in my case) and the defaults really, truly don't do what I need them to. The very best you can do is something where you have the logs on your own computer and run them how and when you see fit. You'll have to download your logs at least once a week, but that shouldn't be a problem. Go to CNET.com and look for stat programs that run on your computer. I found a great one about a year ago, just couldn't pay to keep it. (Also, as I was on dial up, downloading my logs was a real problem.)
