Hi tulipfranc,

Thanks for the post and welcome to the forums!

I will be happy to help answer any questions that you may have about our products! Was there a particular product that you are looking at? Or do you have a website that you would like set-up and are considerign which of our products may suit your needs?

If you could provide me with a few more details I will be happy to lend a hand. :)

Re: [ChetW] How to use CMS? [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi Chet,

well, I've just installed CMS for the website but I'm still quite not sure how to use it. I don't seem to be able to put flash images in the website.

Also, it's hard for me to change the header as well. So sorry if I sound like an PC illiterate.

Do you have any guide or something where I can go to refer to?

I'm not sure if I can post the website name here.Crazy

Hi There.

Thanks for the update!

I am glad to hear you got started already. The best part about using our software is that we are always here to help. What you'll want to do is take a look through some of our online documentation:

http://www.interactivetools.com/docs/articlemanager2/users/index.html

From there, you can start trying out a few things on your templates or send me an email through a support request:

https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi

In the comments field list a few things that you wanted to start working on and we'll walk you through it all. A good idea here would be to focus on just a few small things to start out with. As you get more comfortable, we'll start increasing the different things that you do at one time.

How does that sound? I look forward to hearing from you Smile.

Re: [ross] How to use CMS? [In reply to] Can't Post

Thx for the reply. I treied to go into the admin page and update the homepage. I only added a alphabet to a word and didn't delete anything. But my webpage bottom part is gone! I guess the software is unstable? This happened a lot of times already.

My question is once I click the update button, do I have to wait for a while befure the changes are incorporated into the webpage or is it immediate updated? and why does the information gets cut off (the bottom part of the page was gone) when I update the page even though i didn't delete anything?

Appreciate if you could answer these queries. Thank you!

Re: [tulipfranc] How to use CMS? [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi again

Thanks for getting back to me Smile.

I am a little confused though as some of the things you mention almost make it sound like you might be using a different program than I think you are using.

Our support is going to be focused on working with an interactivetools.com product so what I'll get you to do is double check the name of your program so we can make sure we are all on the same track.

Sometimes, the name of your program might change a little as that is one option you have, so you might want to checkout our product line to see which one seems the most familiar

http://www.interactivetools.com/

As soon as we figure out which program you are using, we can start getting things going the way you wanted them to. I look forward to hearing from you Smile.
