Talk about censorship. I make a post about the delays to AM 2 - and I am told that any posts that criticise IT in anyway are hidden. :( Yes I want a copy of Listings Manager - but I am not happy and saddened by the fact that you decide to hide such messages. I always respected IT - and yes I do own a copy of AM. But this tendancy to sticky posts praising IT and delete those that dare to criticise is not good. What do you have to hide? This post will probably be deleted - I wish it was not, as I feel as customers we have a right to discuss both good and bad poaints of any company, and to ask challenging questions. If I was not a customer, then I would agree, but having 'invested' into the company then I feel I have a right. Thankyou.

Thanks for posting, Ian. Yes, we have been hiding posts related to schedule delays, and I have been personally explaining and apologizing to everyone affected. Everyone has been very understanding, with one noteable exception. The truth is, these posts and debates really stress us out! Engaging in these discussions takes my time away from Article Manager. It's much easier for me to deal with users one-on-one, which I've repeatedly requested, and you can get a lot more information out of me that way. I can understand your frustration, but this really doesn't help at all. I'm going to get back to Article Manager. Theo Wiersma Project Manager
