Help? Dropped CSS column in Firefox Can't Post

On a new Article Manager 2 website, I'm having a problem with the right navigation column dropping in Firefox.

I'm relatively new to CSS positioning.

The bug only happens intermittently and it only happens on Firefox. Mac or Windows, it's the same.

Here's the site: http://www.teachersupport.info

Here's the link to the stylesheet: http://www.teachersupport.info/engine/css/all.css

Any help with debugging this would be greatly appreciated!

:-)

Nigel

    Hi Nigel,

Hrm... I couldn't duplicate the issue from here. Tried in both IE & Firefox, but they look pretty much identical to me!

    (IE7, FF3.0.1)

    Thats the bummer with intermittent!

I've since (last several hours) switched to a table structure for part of the page. This resolved it.

I refuse to use CSS anymore for positioning until the 15 or so major known bugs that one has to take into account (many arising, unsurprisingly, with all versions of the most popular web browser in the planet) have been amicably resolved.

Until then, tables will continue to work fine. There's no way browsers are going to stop supporting tables any time this generation--that would knock out 80% of the websites on the planet!

    Cheers,
    Nigel
