I'm reluctant to tout any vendor's HTML editor but I have happily used the following one for a few years. Today I wanted to get some documentation done and found that with this editor all I had to do was Ctrl-B back and forth between a source editing screen and a browser view of the source. This was very handy since in Article Manager there are a number of index.html's and default.html's. I could quickly view and print the source and then view and print what it looked like in a browser and easily, visually tell the difference between one default.html and another default.html. Lots of other features there also. It is EditPlus, shareware, available at www.editplus.com with a 30 day free trial.
