An excellent tool for link management

I just wanted to share what I think could be a useful information for some other customers of InteractïveTools. For me, InteractiveTools has set up high standards in quality, service, etc., and I am now attempting to find similar standards for some other tools, which InteractiveTools doesn't have on its list. One is a link management system. I spent a very long time looking for a solution. I thought I found one, began to populate the categories, and then encountered various problems. All other solutions were either too heavy, too complicated, or unreliable. I had not realized there were so many poor link management softwares on the market! In January, I finally found what proved to be the ideal tool. although it still seems to remain a "best kept secret": easy to use, robust, cheap and - that's important! - very pleasant customer support. I have now used it for three months on my website and I am pleased to say that I have not had the slightest problem: it manages easily hundreds of links, with dozens of categories and subcategories, and I understand that the developer intends to continue to upgrade it. It has no customer ratings and all those tools which are mostly useless and which so many link management systems offer - but it has everything that one needs for a good, serious link page: unlimited categories and sub-categories, listing of recent additions, submit and modify options - plus a completely customizable template. And - this is a major plus - an excellent, clear, light but powerful admin panel. All that at a very fair price, which even includes install and first customization. This link management I have become so pleased with and which I do highly recommend to people with needs similar to mine is Link Department Pro, by Hitcode. URL: http://www.hitcode.com/products/linkdept/. They have also a free version which is pretty good and which some might want to test first, although it has more limited capabilities. But considering that the price is only $49.95, I would rather suggest to buy the Pro version, if only for supporting the kind and helpful developer (whom I have never met, but who has proved very friendly and efficient in his messages in answer to my questions). Hope this piece of information can be useful to some fellow users of AM and other InteractiveTools products!
