an anchor - link items in the same document

Hello,
I have just downloaded htmlarea editor, it's great tool. Big thanks for people who coded it.
I have a problem with creating hyperlink that link item in the same document, you know for example article that has table of contents at the begining.
Is it possible to link item in this way ?
I can't find something like anchors in this editor ?
Could somebody help me with this
