Hi, I am thinking of getting the program. Hoping you folks will guide me in the right directions.
I am a business broker.......sort of Real Estate, except I sell businesses only. At any given time I have 10-50 listings, and need a simple way to edit and maintain my listings.
Will need a newsletter feature and the ability for the visitors to click at a listing and have their information emailed to the agent who has the listing.
It is different from houses, because the name and the address of the business is confidential.
Wondering if the program can be customized and if it comes with a web template or can it be used with one.
Are there coders that specialize in customizing, or is this program a bit overkill for my needs?

Listings Manager will be a great tool to handle your businesses for sale website, Listings Manager. is basically a generic listing program that will let you list anything you like. It comes with 75 different fields for you to adjust as needed. You'll also be able to set up an e-mail link so that your visitors can easily contact you regarding a business. :)
Listings Manager's template files are HTML based so you'll be able to edit your site to look however you like!
