Difficulty with download

Hi I am feeling really dumb about now. I have tried to download htmlarea. I did not download as a zipped file and went to a drive other than C. I figured it shouldn't matter, right? The download shows images, files for popups, readmes, forget what else but NOTHING that opens a workable window. What am I doing wrong? How do I do this right? Need help asap. Public will be accessing new website . .. you know. . . yesterday <sigh>. I am running Windows98SE, IE 6.0. I have checked the archives with search words troubleshooting, download and htmlarea and come up with nothing.

Hi maryszoo2002, Thanks for posting. It sounds to me like there may have been a problem with the download from htmlArea.com. Usually you get a .zip file with everything that you need. I'd try to download again and see if you get the .zip file. If you still encounter any technical problems, just send an email to htmlarea@interactivetools.com and we can take a closer look from there. I hope that helps but if you need any more details just let me know Regards, Cliff Stefanuk - Customer Service Manager support@interactivetools.com
