A love letter to IT...

This is a pleasure to post here in IT's forum. It's a love letter of sorts, because as you'll plainly see, I'm a bit smitten with the folks at IT. I tried to fight it, I should've realized early on that their commitment to customer satisfaction would taint my expectations, make them just astronomical. Now, I'll never be able to settle for anything less in any of my other company dealings. This attitude of mine can't be healthy in this day and age. Aren't we always being conditioned not to expect anything above and beyond anymore? People say you get what you pay for. Well, when you purchase Article Manager (and I imagine the same can be said for the rest of the IT product line), that maxim gets thrown out the window; your expectations will be surpassed time and again. And you'll pinch yourself for being involved with a group such as this. If my husband finds out how enamored I am of you, I'm not sure what he'll do! Of all of the tech companies I've cross paths with as I've opened up my fledgling web design company doors these past couple of years, I've grown to love my interactions with this group above all others. They very nearly must be the finest support group around (watch out AA, if IT ever decides to expand into your territory :o) They're pretty sharp, as well -- the best heads around. I'm glad I stumbled upon your website a little over a year ago when I was looking for some easy-to-use software to help organize my content. It's been a life-saver. Most of my interaction up to this point has been with Eric, Donna, and Cliff; if they're any indication of the quality you've got sitting behind those computer screens in your InteractiveTools office, count yourself amongst the most fortunate of companies. They're truly intelligent, patient, and really fun to brainstorm with. (OK, they're the brains, and I'm often the storm during my problems , but they really make even the most trivial of problems a high priority -- and I thank you all for that!) I know people get frustrated when tweaking computer files; it's just part of the way tech is right now. Just like humans, computers don't always perform in expected ways. Maybe in 20 years we'll look back fondly on our erratic computer-gliched config files or wonder how we could've ever had such an exasperating time setting up a table's background color! Until then, I'm glad I have the support and camaraderie of IT. You guys are top notch! Love (hey, I did say it was a love letter, didn't I?) Hi Ilona, Thanks so much for your kind words. I'm going to add your love letter to our Wall of Fame here in our office. Every time we receive an exceptional customer quote, we add it to the wall for inspiration. We're glad to have helped taint your expectations when it comes to service, and don't worry we won't tell your husband Regards, Cliff Stefanuk - Customer Service Manager support@interactivetools.com

P.S. Just poked my head in here again, and wanted to say kudos on the video you guys have created for AM. WOW! Donna rocks in it, and the information is going to please the tire-kicker in all of us. Just recommended http://www.interactivetools.com/products/articlemanager/video.html to a prospective AM customer -- After Donna softens them up, they don't stand a chance! Nice.
