Is email_support.cgi something new coming from InteractiveTools?
Just wondering if you are venturing into the world of ticket systems as well!

Hey Brian,
Well spotted ;-) email_support.cgi is just an internal script we use to internally handle support emails. But no, no immediate plans for any ticketing software just yet.
Interesting suggestion though... I'm sure Fraser's gotten wind of it. I'll pass it along, just in case...
