We really do need this to replace current text that is on each page. Incase you are wondering what I mean... Say that I have each page set up the same way at the bottom of each page. (actually I do) I need a way to change this text, but instead of having to do each page individually, (80+ pages ugh! actually I just remembered it's not 80, it's more like 140  ) I need only to put the text I need to change only in one form, and then place the new replacement text of the new way it is suppose to be in another form.

Thank you for the suggestion.
Essentially what you need is a multiple file search/replace function. There are a variety of desktop text/html editors that has this capability. I don't know enough about the various software to provide a recommendation, but interactivetools.com uses a text program called UltraEdit: http://www.ultraedit.com/, and it has multiple file search/replace function. It's shareware so you probably can try it out before you buy.
