n. feat 4 Rty Mngr - seller reg., pays 4 ad listing, FSBO Can't Post

I would love to see 'plug-in' (I think this is what it's called) to convert Realty Manager into a 'for sale by owner' website.

Here is an explanation of what I am referring to. Realty Manger with this 'Plug-in' added will allow a seller, let's say a home seller, to visit the website, click 'register', type all his/her personal info, chooses username and password for login, is then automatically taken to the on-line payment form (the form will be linked to payPal.com, 2checkout.com or another cost effective third-party CC processor), once payment is made, registrar becomes a paid advertiser and only then is he/she allowed to enter information for the ad listing to be displayed.

A visitor can then visit this 'for sale by owner' website and do a search. A listing of all homes that matches searcher's criteria will be listed in the 'search results' page. On the 'detailed listing' page, which is the full detailed page, the searcher can read all the details of the house for sale and the seller's contact info.

With this 'plug-in' added, the log in function will now allow a paid advertisers to log-in so he/she can edit/delete his/her ad.

Paid advertisers and SuperUser/Admin will have seperate Log-in pages - I think this is required for security ?

This 'plug-in' that I have described makes things more automated, therefore, this site can be run by one person.

Hi there!

Thanks for your post. :)

There is an add-on that will allow users to signup online. At the moment, it doesn't automatically integrate with PayPal or any other credit card processor, but that's definitely on the list of requested features. :)

I hope this helps!
