Two Article Manager Suggestions - Password

On the article manager I would like:
1) I would like author, writer, trusted writer etc password, when a person logs in and want to change their password, for the system to have a it where they must use case sensative letter and at least two number, no real words so it would be harder for someone to guess their password if they tried to hack in. Or make it where they much use the password assigned to them so the admin can control how hard the password is.
2) Universal bio so the trusted writers can change the bio on all articles at once.
Most I like more password security on the log in for the writer, trusted writers ect
