Scheduling Software?

Anyone heard of any good sceduling software? Would be so cool if Interactive Tools wrote something where users could sign up for an account, scedule an appointment (think massage studio, theray appt...) it could show availablity, you could schedule an appt and it would confirm the appt. Perhaps it could take a paypal deposit or something like that...
Have you heard of any good software that does this? Anything on the horizon form IT?
