SEO - Meta, Keyword Desc.

Hi guys.
I would like to request a feature in future releases. It may have been noted before, I only searched a few pages and was unable to locate it.
My SEO requests to have access to each and ever page ot make the meta unigue. He tells me it assists in higher rankings and more diverse ranking within the search engines.
Can we have editable meta tags:
A title edit
Keyword edit
Description edit

Article Manager is so customizable that this is possible to do with the software as is!
Cliff wrote a great tutorial here for how to add in custom fields for meta tags. Hopefully, this should cover what you're looking for.

That is fantastic. Thanks for your response.
Since, I do not use Article manager rather the Realty manager and Page Publisher, how would I go about doing the same?
In my experience, it is usually the realtors that are stepping over themselves to pay for SEO. Most search engines such as google have an algorithm set to recognized articles, bogs and text content. They seem to pass over the commercial websites. DAMN them.

Hi Tiki,
With Realty Manager, a lot of the same applies. You can still setup customizable listings fields ($lfield#$ instead of $art_field#$). To find this, log into your Realty Manager back end and click "Setup Options". Under "Database Options" choose "Setup Listings Fields". From there, the instructions are basically the same -- add the code into the listings template, re-publish and you're on your way!
For Page Publisher, setting up meta tags can be a little trickier since you don't want to have the PML tag inside your meta tag. So, what I would probably do is something like this:

<meta name="keywords" content="your keywords here"><!-- /publish -->
The downside is that your users will see the plain HTML when they're editing the page. You would need to make sure they know how to edit the tag properly. If that's an issue, you may want to simply hardcode the meta tags directly. With static pages like Page Publisher is designed to work with, they probably won't be changing all that often.
Keep in mind what Cliff wrote about meta tags, however -- they're not a magic bullet for SEO (in Google's case specifically, they do not use meta tags at all for rankings) and relevant content will beat out meta tags every time. Still, they can definitely help manage what your description shows up as, and many other search engines still take them into account.
