Realty Manager listings

Hi There, We have been using Realty Manager for a couple of years now and we are impressed with it's performance. One thing that seems to be constant though, is that some clients have difficulty understanding how to upload photos to their listings, this is mostly due to a misunderstanding of the process. Once we have walked them through the process, most have no problem. We got to thinking (always a dangerous thing!) about how to make it a little easier for even the most computer challenged user. What if the listing template was graphically visual, with placeholder "wells' that a user could drag-n-drop a JPG image from there computer onto the placeholder well and have it instantly viewable. That way they could "build" a listing while getting instant visual feedback as to it's status. Text could be typed in directly in a similar fashion. Now the user will have a complete VISUAL idea of what his listing will look like BEFORE he uploads it. I know this is a little thinking-out-loud, but that's what drives the developement of new products right?. Anybody have any further ideas? Regards, Graham

Graham, Thanks for the feedback! We're definitely interested in making refinements to the way Realty Manager manages images, so it's great to get your ideas. I'm not certain about the feasibility of a drag-and-drop type system, or the complete document editor system you propose, but we'll have a close look at the possibility. Theo Wiersma Project Manager
