RM - Segregate Sales/Lease Listings

Hi, Many many real estate companies, like mine, do both leasing and sales. The current structure of Realty Manager doesn't allow for easy seperation of sales and lease listings. I know there are workarounds with searches and extra fields but it would be really cool if there could be TWO seperate templates, one for lease and one for sales. The _publish_sales_index and _publish_sales_listing templates could be setup to include sales specific fileds like "Property Taxes" and "Sales Terms" etc while the _publish_lease_index (and accompanying _publish_lease_listing) could include fields such as Pet Deposit, Lease length and other rent specific items. The whole thing could still be managed from the single Listing Database Fields editor but there could be a special Property Type field to indicate whether the listing being added should be published as a sales or lease property (or Land, Commercial, Etc.) Then there could be "Our Sales Listings" and "Our Lease Listings" pages set up seperate from each other with fields and labels that pertain specifically to those types. Can you have this done by tomorrow? :) Steve

Other option I guess would be to allow a second install under 1 license for this specific exception. Steve
