REALTY MANAGER >> IMPORTANT REQUEST <<

Hi all, this is a very serious request - if run a larger business in property , I hope many of your guy's will active - support this idea - becourse this is a time saver- we need - I not find any information about it - and my Normal supplier Euromax got absolut no attention from suppoort team - only " is is not a request people asking for ?? we dont believe it " if someboddy understand the need if this option - or have another way do it , or maybe REALTY MANAGER is a too small system - let me know - or post your ideas - The system REALTY MANAGER sounds very impressive and offers a whole spectrum of possibilities. However my primary focus is on publication of the newspaper and its ability to use a web site is secondary. What I need is a facility that allows the client to upload text and pictures not only to a web site but that also allows the graphic designer the facility of downloading the information directly into a format which the printer can use. The alternative is to use email and copy /paste which will be costly and take too long. Example: Villa. 3 Bedrooms. 2 Bathrooms. Fitted Kitchen. Private Pool. Private Gardens. Garage. Brief description of area and location, up to 150 characters, local facilities etc, etc, supplied with one picture. This information is x 10 properties for each client x 60 clients + 600 listings. Regards John mix john_mix@hotmail.com ( my private adresse)

Hi John, Thanks for the post. > However my primary focus is on publication of the newspaper and its ability to use a web site is secondary. What I need is a facility that allows the client to upload text and pictures not only to a web site but that also allows the graphic designer the facility of downloading the information directly into a format which the printer can use. It's a very interesting idea, but Realty Manager is just not designed for this: it's whole 'raison d'etre' was to publish online content. However, to offer posible (though obviously not ideal solution) you could build a custom template that would return a listings details in plain text format - and then use your browser to print it out. Not great, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Ben interactivetools.com
