Product or Feature Suggestion - User Manager

Simply put....
A common userbase for all IT products.
Example:
If I use an AM and an RM on the same site currently I would have two usernames and passwords. One for each.
I suggest a pipeline that links all userbases together and maybe even incorporates outside vendor products as well.
Any thoughts?
